Richard F. Szczepinski

   Rich focuses his practice on representing small businesses in formation,
advisory, and transactional matters.  He also devotes significant time to
probate matters including estate planning, estate administration, and  
guardianships.  Finally, he has experience in a wide array of real estate
issues, including zoning, purchasing, leasing, and eminent domain.

Rich is also active in the community. He is a HS swim coach.

In his spare time, Rich enjoys reading, running, and competing in road races and triathlons.  In 2007, Rich finished 8th in the USATF National
Trail Marathon Championship in Brevard, North Carolina and has qualified to the Boston and New York City marathons.
