Matthew M. Nee
Matthew is a skilled advocate and understanding counselor. As a business owner and through years of serving as general counsel to many local and national businesses, Matthew knows individuals and business owners care about integrity, communication, and results. Matthew applies these principles to every client he serves.
Matthew and his wife, Kim, are the proud parents of four young children. Matthew enjoys spending time with his family, attending their many sporting events, traveling, and spending as much time as possible outdoors.

Estate Planning and Probate
Fundamentally, estate planning is about stewardship and providing for your loved ones. Matt has helped countless individuals ensure that their assets are protected now and after they are gone. Matt serves as general counsel to several local and national companies, helping them grow wisely and safely. Whether you are just beginning your business or are looking to take your company to a new level, Matt will partner with you and help you grow.

Church/Non-Profit
Matt is general counsel to several non-profits and churches of various denominations, ranging in size from a few hundred to several thousand. He works closely with them to help them understand their constitutional and legal rights and obligations.
Commercial Litigation and Appeals
Matt has represented individuals and companies, including Newell Rubbermaid, Schaeffer Manufacturing, and Travelers Insurance in state and federal litigation. As a former judicial attorney to Ohio’s Chief Justice and to the longest tenured judge at Ohio’s largest intermediate appellate court, Matthew knows how to advocate for his clients in ways that speak to courts.
