How Does Ohio’s “Stay At Home Order” Impact Your Custody/Visitation Order?

Section 14(e) of the Stay at Home Order discusses what constitutes “essential travel” and specifically permits “travel required by law enforcement or court order, including to transport children pursuant to a custody agreement.” Custody/Visitation Orders remain in tact and should be followed unless the parties agree otherwise.
