Advance Directives: Healthcare and end-of-life decisions, comprised of a Healthcare Power of Attorney and/or a Living Will
Financial Power of Attorney: Sometimes called a “Durable” power of attorney.
Transfer on Death Designation Affidavit: Transfer of real estate to a person or trust after owner passes, to avoid probate.
