He is a 2004 graduate of the University of Toledo College of Law after receiving his B.A. in Economics from Hiram College. Rich's practice focuses on four areas: Small Business, Probate, Estate Planning, and Real Estate. Rich has significant experience representing entrepreneurs in all areas of operating a Small Business from formation to advisory and transactional matters. He also serves many non-profit and other board-operated entities in the same capacity. His Estate Planning practice focuses on professionals, including business owners, physicians, and C-suite executives. He also has significant experience in Elder Law, including Guardianships, Estate Administration, and Medicaid planning. His real estate practice covers both commercial and residential real estate, including zoning, purchasing, leasing, and eminent domain.
Outside of the law, Rich is the owner of CLE Swimming, based in North Olmsted, Ohio and the Head Swimming Coach at Olmsted Falls High School.
Kaitlin grew up in Greater Cleveland and moved to Toledo after high school to attend the University of Toledo in 2014. While she was in school, she immediately began working year-round as a legal assistant for Szczepinski Law Office. In 2018, Kaitlin graduated from Toledo magna cum laude with a Bachelor’s degree, and moved back to the Cleveland area shortly after. Since, she has continued working under Attorney Szczepinski while working as a full-time swim coach for CLE Swimming and Olmsted Falls High School.
